New mother Fleur East described the last four weeks as a “whirlwind” following the birth of her baby daughter, as she issued a supportive message to struggling parents.
The Strictly Come Dancing star and her husband Robin Marcel welcomed their daughter Nova last month.
The 36-year-old shared a video of herself with Nova on Instagram on Tuesday (23 April).
Captioning her video, the singer said: “For anyone in the struggle right now (first-time mothers or parents like me) please share in the comments below anything that helps get you through or any advice you were given that kept you going through the toughest of times. Let’s help lift each other up.”
