Moon Lau changes criteria for the man of her dreams
20 May – Although she used to have a typical answer when asked for the criteria of the man of her dreams, Moon Lau said that her requirements have now changed as she ages.
As reported on Mingpao, the actress who is now in her 30s, shared that she used to have the same response when it comes to questions about the type of man she wants to marry, always the "sporty, lively, talented guy who respects his elders".
"It was very single-minded. But now the requirements are higher. I need to be with someone who can make me happy, who can give me a peace of mind. External factors are not that important. The kind of man who doesn't make you suspicious or insecure, but enables you to be yourself openly," she said.
Moon stated that being good looking or rich is no longer important to her when it comes to finding a partner as looks will pass with time and age, and money can disappear overnight.
And although she is about to enter 31 years of age, Moon stated that she is in no hurry to get married.
"I used to think I would get married at 25, but now I am happy to be a single woman. A woman should not be restricted to her age. I am also not against flash marriage, as long as my parents know about it," she added.
