Monica Chan has no plans to get married in 2019
3 Jan – Former beauty queen and actress Monica Chan has a lot to do in 2019, but getting married is not one of them.
As reported on Mingpao, the actress, who attended an event with her 82-year-old father recently, shared that she is not in a hurry to settle down and chooses instead to enjoy living a single life.
"You have to be careful. Picking the wrong man will make you feel lonelier than being alone," she said.
When asked if her father has insisted for her to tie the knot, Monica stated that her father is already living a good life and having a good time.
"In fact, you can be happy either way, whether you are married or not," she said.
The actress stated friends in her circle had tried setting her up with some men, and it turned out to be an embarrassing thing for her.
"My friends now know that I will definitely refuse such a thing, so they no longer introduce men to me. I will leave everything to fate. You will definitely know when the time comes," she said.
