Momoiro Clover Z's Reni Takagi marries baseball player boyfriend
10 Nov – Reni Takagi recently revealed that she has tied the knot with Japanese baseball player Shingo Usami.
The Momoiro Clover Z singer shared the good news earlier this week with a joint-statement with her athlete husband, writing, "We are very grateful for the many encounters we have had, in the warm cheers that we have received on a daily basis, and the support we have received from all of you. Thank you."
"We have a lot in common with each other, and we became very comfortable being together. And we decided to get married because we wanted to spend more time together," the couple added.
The two also stated that they would like to start their own family in which they can continue to support one another during good times and bad, and to raise each other up "with a smile".
"We are still inexperienced, but we will continue to devote ourselves to our work, so please continue to give us your guidance and encouragement," the statement added.
