Society has a lot of opinions about the “right” way to be a mom, and it certainly doesn’t help when women feel torn down by peers who have different parenting styles. “To the mom who gave her kids a homecooked breakfast lunch and dinner for the past week: Excellent! Good nutrition is important, and they’re learning to enjoy healthy foods at an early age, a boon for the rest of their lives. You’re a good mom,” she continued.

In just 48 hours, the post has already been shared by over 17,000 people — and moms have added their own messages of support to one another.
