Max Cheung marries non-showbiz girlfriend
12 Nov - TVB actor Max Cheung has recently tied the knot with non-showbiz girlfriend, Kimmy.
As reported on Mingpao News, the actor, who held the wedding at the Aberdeen Marina Club on 9 November, spoke to the media before the event, and revealed that he and Kimmy have known each other since they were in school.
"We've known each other for decades. We met in high school, but then we lost touch for many years. When we were reunited, we started dating with the intention of getting married," said Max.
The 38-year-old Max admitted that he is not getting any younger and hopes to have a baby soon.
When asked if he would prefer a son or a daughter, the "Come Home Love" actor said he prefers a boy since there's already a lot of girls in his family.
The 20-table wedding banquet was also attended by many celebrity friends including Lai Lok Yi, Roxanne Tong, Samantha Ko and Lisa Ch'ng with boyfriend Matt Yeung.
