Mat Yeung wants to open more branches of his stew restaurant
19 Sep – After the success of his first restaurant in Lai Chi Kok, TVB actor Mat Yeung revealed that he plans to open more branches of his Hong Kong style soup place, STEW.
As reported on Mingpao, the actor, who spoke about the business recently at the taping of TVB show, "Liza's Online", shared that after Lai Chi Kok and Fortress Hill, the third location for STEW would be Wan Chai, where it is relatively larger and will be able to cater to more customers.
"I hope we can be like those big fast food restaurants where there are branches opened in each district," he said.
When asked if he is working hard to make more money in order to marry girlfriend Lisa Ch'ng, Mat smiled and said, "That has always been the case."
"My parents have been urging for me to get married, but I am a traditional man. I want to take it step by step. If you want to have children, you have to take care of many things. It can't be rushed," he said.
