Mag Lam wants to encourage people through new song
20 Jun - Hong Kong singer Mag Lam recently revealed that her new song, "Strange" was inspired by her own experience in dealing with negative criticism.
As reported on Mingpao, the singer who went on a radio interview to promote the new song, shared that she went to composer Carl Wong and lyricist Abrahim Chan to assist her with her idea of the song.
Mag shared that her looks have been criticised by Netizens before, with some accusing her of plastic surgery. She also admitted that she used to be emotionally affected by the insults.
"I would get upset in the past. But I have changed my point of view nowadays. Maybe people just want me to be pretty," she said, lightheartedly.
On the other hand, Mag also personally extended her condolences to big boss, Wong Cho Lam, whose grandfather passed away recently.
