Louis Koo assures he is healthy and "made of steel"

20 Oct – Louis Koo recently took to social media to assure fans of his health, following reports about a possibility of him having a necrosis of the nerves.

As reported on Epoch Times, on 18 October, the actor posted a message on Facebook saying that he has been getting a lot of greetings and messages of concern instead of birthday wishes and was perplexed by it.

Louis stated that he then found out that several news outlets have reported about his previous ailments and made it seem worse than it is.

"I shared in an interview that a few years ago the doctors told me that I could get a necrosis if I do nothing [about my injury], so I had a surgery to fuse my neck with titanium plate. That's why I once said that I am made of steel," he joked.

Back in August, Louis shared that he had to undergo surgery due to the strain on his cervical spine following the filming of his movie, "Warriors of Future". He stated that he was advised to undergo surgery prior to that, but the doctor had to prescribe him medicine for pain relief instead as he was still filming at the time.
