Liu Ziqi and Kitty Zhang's romance charms fans

31 Jan - Former CBA basketball player Liu Ziqi seems to confirm that he is now dating actress Zhang Yuqi (aka Kitty Zhang).

Amid rumours that the two are dating, the 25-year-old shared a photo of the two of them having dinner together on social media on the eve of Chinese New Year, sparking speculation that they are now going official.

The two had met on the variety show, "My Zone", where Liu confessed that Kitty had once saved him. Since then, the couple had been photographed many times together, sometimes with Kitty's two children as well.

Even though Kitty is older by 12 years to her beau, this has not become an obstacle for them, as fans even joked that their age difference is a perfect match seeing that Kitty does not look like a woman in her late 30s.

Prior to Liu, Kitty was married to entrepreneur Yuan Bayuan in 2016. They were divorced in 2018.

In 2021, she confirmed romance with violinist Li Bingxi, who was eight years her junior.
