Linda Wong hasn't seen her father in months
16 Sep – Linda Wong recently admitted that it has been a while since she last saw her father, Jimmy Wang Yu, who is currently in Taiwan.
As reported on Mingpao, the singer who spoke to the media at the taping of "Cantopop at 50" in TVB City recently, revealed that the veteran actor, who suffered from stroke earlier has been getting treatment at a hospital in Taiwan.
"The hospital has been refusing visits due to the pandemic, so now family members are not able to see him. The last time I returned to Taiwan was in January. Now I am relying on my sister to take care of him," she said.
However, Linda assured that Jimmy's condition is stable, and that she would be visiting the family.
"I hope that the pandemic will subside soon," she added.
On the other hand, the singer revealed that she would be performing an Aaron Kwok song on the said show, adding that she has been a fan of the Cantopop King since she was in school.
