Lin Chi-ling enjoys her married life
30 Jul – Taiwanese model-actress Lin Chi-ling was full of praises for her husband, Japanese singer Akira, whom she married in June.
As reported on Mingpao, the actress, who was absolutely happy to talk about her marriage during an event appearance recently, shared that Akira has been a great husband - sunny, kind, positive, and irreplaceable in her eyes.
When asked why she suddenly decided to marry him, Lin said that they met again at the right time and space.
"I believe that everybody should strive to create happiness in their relationship. To have happiness, one should work hard on it," she said.
As to what kind of wife she wants to be, Lin said, "The kind that cannot be replaced."
The actress also added that she is currently working on reducing her workload so that she can spend more time on her marriage.
However, Lin is keeping mum when it comes to questions about Akira's marriage proposal, saying, "This is a secret reserved only for myself."
Lin also admitted that she and Akira are still living "separately", but plan to buy some properties in Japan and Taiwan.
