Lai Lok Yi confirms "Who Wants a Baby 2"
4 Jul – Fans of the TVB series "Who Wants a Baby?" may be happy to hear that there will be a sequel to the said drama.
As reported on On CC, the news was recently shared by lead star Lai Lok Yi during a radio interview to promote his new show, "A Chef and a Gentleman", saying that the second season will be filmed in October.
"The entire cast will return for the sequel, even the baby. We will have 25 episodes this time and it will be a continuation of the first series," he said.
Lai also stated that the story will revolve around their child, who is now older and is going to school.
"The problems will revolve around her education and some other things as well," he said.
When asked if he hopes to contend for TV King with the new drama, the actor laughed and said that nobody cares about him and his performance.
In the original series, Lai and co-star Ali Lee play a couple grappling to start a new life as parents following an unexpected pregnancy.
