Kristal Tin officially departs from TVB
22 Apr – Kristal Tin is now officially not an artiste under the TVB banner.
As reported on Mingpao, the actress posted a long message on Instagram, which read, "Today is the day my contract with TVB ends. I'm not going to thank anyone publicly here, because I have thanked them privately. Instead, I want to thank everyone else in public. Thank you for your support and encouragement over the years."
"In the past 12 years, I have performed countless roles for everyone. No matter what title I left behind, what awards I won, they are not as good as your love!" she added.
As for her next plan, Kristal stated that she hasn't actually made any.
"What happened in Hong Kong in recent years and this global pandemic have made me realise that a plan cannot keep up with the changes! The world seems to stop, so how about taking advantage of this time to think about what you really need? What do you really like? Many people have a lifetime of energy to build their own comfort zone, but is the comfort zone really comfortable? Is the purpose of being human beings to spend all your effort to create a circle to restrict yourself?"
Kristal added that she is more interested in exploring unknown possibilities than being in her comfort zone, accepting challenges and discovering more potential.
