Khairul Aming lightheartedly sighs over people failing to recreate his Ramadan recipes
19 Mar - It is not Ramadan without Khairul Aming's "30 Days" series where he shares easy-to-do recipes for his followers on social media, and this year, the content creator has decided to amp it up with two recipes daily.
However, while his previous series were great successes, this year, the entrepreneur found himself getting exasperated over his many "failing students", as netizens called them, as TikTok feed is now full of people burning their cakes, flopping their desserts and in one instance, breaking their mortar and pestle into two while trying to follow the recipes.
These videos are often shared with the same audio expressing, "To Khairul Aming. I did it and it failed!"
The frequency of these failed attempts had prompted the social media influencer to post a funny video compiling all the fails, and captioning it, "Please pray for this batch [of students] this year."
Khairul's reaction has now gone viral, with many netizens getting the laugh out of the whole tragedy.
One posted, "It's not 30 days 30 recipes. This is more like 30 days 30 tragedies."
Another wrote, "As my lecturer used to say, I have never seen students as bad as you. This is the worst I have ever seen."
The content creator also had to hold what netizens called "recovery class" during one of his live streams, where he teaches them one of the recipes in real time. He also reiterated that people should follow the steps to a tee to avoid facing similar issues in the future.
