Katy Kung gets back to work after hospitalisation
10 Jul – TVB actress Katy Kung recently admitted that she has returned to work on her new drama, "The Great Soy Factory", despite still recovering from her previous condition.
As reported on Mingpao, the actress, who was admitted into a hospital last week due to a recurring Meniere's disease, shared that she went straight back to finishing her scenes after being discharged.
"Since the body hasn't fully recovered and the weather was very hot, I immediately felt nauseous, especially when we were shooting outside," she said.
Fortunately, said Katy, she has very considerate co-stars, who would help her out and make everything easier due to their concern for her health.
"Since we were filming a folk drama, we had to wear many costumes. The weather didn't make things easy, but it was not too hard either," she said.
However, Katy stated that it wouldn't be much longer before filming wraps up and that she can go on her long vacation.
"I have travel plans with Elaine Yiu and Kaman Kong," she said.
