"A Journey to Love" team denies cutting Cecilia Liu's scene

12 Dec - Cecilia Liu's new drama has recently dismissed accusations made by fans of the actress that they have edited some scenes featuring her in the latest episode of the series.

On 10 December, the "A Journey to Love" camp screenshot a post in which a fight scene that Cecilia was actively involved in was cut from the recent episode, stating that the allegation of it was fake and that the said scene has yet to be aired.

"Some entertainment bloggers have maliciously spread rumours and the fabricated blog posts have been collected as evidence. We reserve the right to pursue legal action," they posted.

They also denied rumours that Cecilia was so tired that she collapsed on set.

Starring Cecilia alongside Liu Yuning, "A Journey to Love" revolves around a female assassin named Ren Ruyi who becomes a member of the Wu's escort delegation to save the King of Wu who has been taken hostage by the State of An.

The actress' fight scene isn't chopped, it's just not aired yet
