Joshua Garcia wants to talk to Gerald Anderson

4 Sep – If there is one person Joshua Garcia hopes to have a conversation with, it would be fellow actor Gerald Anderson.

As reported on ABS-CBN News, the actor who spoke in an interview for Cinema News at Home Edition, stated that he realised how small the industry is ever since the pandemic and the subsequent situation, and that there is no room for such awkwardness between them.

"I texted him. I said, 'Bro, this is Joshua. I just want to be honest with everybody'. He has not replied yet," he said.

Asked why he chose Anderson, Garcia said that he just wanted to clear the air of everything that happened after experiencing difficulties from moving on from the previous issue.

"I'm just honest because I have nothing against him. I am cool with him, I really am," he added.

It is noted that Garcia was dating his onscreen partner Julia Barretto in the past prior to their breakup in 2019. She was later romantically-linked to Anderson, her co-star in "Between Maybes", which ended with a breakup between the actor and his girlfriend Bea Alonzo. Both Anderson and Barretto denied any romance between them.
