Joe Ma says new look is the result of a good diet
31 Oct – Hong Kong actor Joe Ma has laughed off rumours that the recent changes to his looks was because of plastic surgery.
As reported on On CC, the actor, who sparked such rumours recently after his face seemed to have drastically slimmed down in the teaser posters of new drama, "Life On the Line", stated that the changes was due to his new lifestyle.
"I have opted for a vegetarian diet and ate more whole grain food for eight whole months. That's how I lost a lot of weight. Even my skin problem has improved," he said.
Joe also added that no plastic surgery would be able to reduce the puffiness in his face and gave him such a striking feature.
"I have successfully lost 20 pounds, and am now in the same state as I was when I was 30. But it still takes time to build more muscle," he added.
