Jimmy Lin's family not angry over photos of singer's injury

25 Jul – Although several photos showing Jimmy Lin's injuries went viral on social media, it was reported that the singer's family is not at all angry for its circulation.

As reported on Oriental Daily, Jimmy's agent recently spoke to the media about the issue, saying that the actor's mother is very grateful to the brave people who rescued her son at the critical moment and wanted to express gratitude for their help.

As for the said photos, the agent said, "[The family is saying] that these people are all saviours and that we will not be angry about it."

He added that it is just a habit of the people in this age to take photos with their mobile phones.

On the other hand, Jimmy's brother Lin Zhi-Xin stated that he has already gone to the hospital, the Linkou Chang Gung Memorial Hospital to be exact, to see the singer.

"But we still have to wait these two days of observation for detailed condition before we can share it to the outside world," he added.

Jimmy Lin made headlines last weekend when his Tesla car crashed into an electrical pole at a road divider in Taiwan's Taoyuan City and burst into flames.

The 47-year-old was revealed to be driving with one of his twin sons Jenson in tow, and the two were rescued by passers-by. He is said to suffer from multiple injuries, including some fractures.
