Jay Contreras, Sarah Abad spark separation rumours
13 May – Rumours are rife that Jay Contreras and wife Sarah Abad have called it quits on their marriage.
As reported on GMA News, speculations about the couple's separation sparked recently, following the Kamikazee frontman's social media post where he wished Abad a Happy Mother's Day.
"We love you," he added in the caption to a photo of the actress.
It was Abad's response in the comment section that surprised everybody, which read, "It may not be the same between us, but I'll forever grateful for giving me two wonderful angels. Thank you."
Many fans are now convinced that the couple have split up, though both parties are still mum about the current nature of their relationship.
It is also noted that Contreras had since deleted photos of Abad from his Instagram.
The couple tied the knot in January 2009, and have two children together.
