Jamal Abdillah reveals name of 6th child
17 Apr – After previously asking fans to suggest names for his baby girl, Jamal Abdillah finally revealed that he and his wife have named their newborn Rahil Laura Salsabila Yamani.
The legendary singer announced the birth of his sixth child on 14 April, revealing that his wife Zai Izzati successfully gave birth to their baby girl on 14 April at 2.55pm via surgery.
It is noted that Rahil would be his second daughter aside from their three-year-old Azura, and the fourth child from his marriage with Zai.
Speaking about the name, Jamal said that two of the names were suggested by their friends, while the other two were his own choosing.
"Rahil is the name of Prophet Yusuf's mother, but we will call her Laura," he said.
At 63 years of age, Jamal stated that this would be his last child. The singer is already father to sons Osama and Zaki Yamani from previous marriage, as well as Azura, El Issac and Iskandar Rayyan from his current marriage with his fourth wife.
