Him Law will always be grateful to Tavia Yeung
26 Mar – After seven years of marriage, Him Law is still very much in love with wife Tavia Yeung, whom he also regards as his "comrade-in-arms".
As reported on Oriental Daily, the actor, who spoke about his marriage following the success of his marital-themed drama, "Happily Ever After?", said that he is thankful towards Tavia, who remained loyal to him despite their relationship being ridiculed by the outsiders from the start.
"She chose to believe and trust me when I was at my most mediocre, when I was neither good nor bad. Frankly speaking, at the time, people were sceptical. Her reputation was higher than mine, and there were lots of negative news about us," he said.
Him stated that Tavia trusted him so much that she married him, have his children and even slowed down her career for their family.
"If she had not married me, she might have even bigger achievements and she would have even more outstanding works. So, I am truly grateful to her," he said.
The two tied the knot in 2016, five years after they started dating following their collaboration on TVB's "The Hippocratic Crush". The couple have two children together, a daughter born in 2020 and a son in 2021.
