Hard Rock Cafe Singapore introduces first edible 24-Karat Gold Leaf Steak Burger

SINGAPORE — In a bid to raise the stakes, Hard Rock Cafe Singapore has gone ahead and wowed us with a new menu, headlined by the world’s first edible 24-Karat Gold Leaf Steak Burger.

The 227g Certified Black Angus Steak Burger is topped with 24-Karat edible gold leaf with cheddar cheese, leaf lettuce vine-ripened tomato and red onion. With every purchase of their 24-Karat Gold Leaf Steak Burger, $2 from each sale will go to Food from the Heart, a local food charity with IPC status that feeds the needy through its food distribution program.

The other Steak Burgers on the menu are The Original Legendary Burger, which features a 227g fresh Certified Black Angus Steak Burger with smoked bacon, cheddar cheese, crispy onion ring, leaf lettuce and vine-ripened tomato, served with Hard Rock’s signature steak sauce on the side; The Big Cheeseburger, that is stacked with three slices of cheddar cheese melted on a 227g. fresh certified Black Angus Steak Burger, served with leaf lettuce, vine-ripened tomato and red onion; and the Double Decker Double Cheeseburger, which is a tribute to Hard Rock’s 1971 ‘Down Home Double Burger’ and is brimmed with 454g of two stacked steak burgers with American cheese, mayonnaise, leaf lettuce, vine-ripened tomato and red onion.

The other items on the menu include Instagram-worthy Boozy Milkshakes and Sliders and Shareables. The global launch of the new menu coincides with Hard Rock’s Founders’ Day as a tribute to the original legends who opened the doors to the first Hard Rock Cafe at Old Park Lane in London on 14th June, 1971 with a mission to serve the best burgers and milkshakes around the world.
