Hacken Lee plans to hold a concert next year
22 Nov – Hacken Lee is the latest Hong Kong performer who is planning to hold a concert next year.
As reported on Mingpao, the singer, who finally returned to Hong Kong after eight months of work in mainland China, recently appeared at an event, where he shared his plans for 2023.
Saying that he would like to spend the rest of the year resting and being with his family, Hacken shared that he hopes to hold a concert at the Hong Kong Coliseum next year.
"The last concert at the venue I had was about five years ago, and I recently submitted the application for May next year," he said.
"I haven't sung in Hong Kong for a long time, and I hope to entertain my fans. I don't have any concrete ideas yet, but I also hope to bring some newcomers to perform. I know that my two "Sing! China" champions have never come to Hong Kong to perform," he said.
It is noted that Hacken has two "Sing! China" winners since he became a coach and mentor on the show, that is Wu Keyue in season 6 and Liang Yuying, who became the most recent winner.
