Grace Chan hopes to win Most Improved Actress

23 Nov - It's not just Jacqueline Wong who is after TVB's Most Improved Actress award, as former beauty queen Grace Chan is also hoping to win the accolade.

According to On CC News, the actress, who attended the 48th Anniversary Gala last week, expressed happiness to be nominated in several categories, including Best Actress for "Raising the Bar", and Favourite Female Character for her role in "Captain of Destiny".

However, the actress stated that she hopes to win Most Improved Actress the most.

"Winning the award will be such an encouragement for me. I may not be able to exceed viewers' expectation, but such an encouragement will help me improve," she said.

As for the Best Actress award, Grace herself admitted that winning it would be impossible and that it isn't time for her to win such a big award yet.

"However, I support Kevin [Cheng] for Best Actor. His performance is amazing and he is a very considerate person," she enthused.
