'The Female Brain' expands its cast list

Whitney Cummings' ("2 Broke Girls") directorial debut movie nets actors Toby Kebbell ("Ben-Hur"), James Marsden ("Westworld") and Lucy Punch ("Into the Woods").

Adapted from neuropsychiatrist Louann Brizendine's book "The Female Brain", it addresses the differences between female and male behaviour and brain function. Whitney Cummings and writer Neal Brennan adapted the thesis to the big screen. Entertainment source Slashfilm reports that the comedy will focus on the various relationship phases of five unsatisfied couples and their corresponding thoughts and behaviour.

So far, the cast members include Whitney Cummings, Sofia Vergara, James Marsden, Cecily Strong, Deon Cole, Xosha Roquemore and basketball player Blake Griffin, to name a few.
