Evelyn Choi admits to be in a relationship

1 Aug – Hong Kong actress Evelyn Choi admitted that she is currently in a relationship with a showbiz outsider.

According to Mingpao News, the actress made the confession recently at the celebration party for her new movie "The Seventh Lie" at the Kowloon Cricket Club, not long after she was photographed on a date in town with a mysterious man.

Evelyn, who used to date rock band Mr.'s drummer, Tom (Du Xuan), revealed, "My boyfriend and I have actually been together for a year. After the reports were published, his friends have been making fun of him. He's okay with it but I pity him a lot."

Co-star Anjaylia Chan then chipped in and said, "The two of them often dine together. They might as well hold a wedding banquet!"

Evelyn quickly covered the actress' mouth and said, "I hope to advance a little more in my career."
