Enjoy brunch the French way at Merci Marcel

Decked in stylish interior that will remind you of a French beach resort, Merci Marcel lets you enjoy brunch surrounded by tropical Parisian vibes.

Situated within the hip Tiong Bahru precinct, the eatery serves a refreshing brunch menu consisting of dishes such as the Croque Marcel, made up of Bayonne ham, fried egg and French Morbier, and good old Benedict Eggs, made up of Bayonne ham, portobello mushroom and hollandaise sauce.

If you prefer a light breakfast, take your pick from the range of fresh French bakes, such as a croissant or pain au chocolat. And if you’d like a nice place to have dinner at, Merci Marcel lets you feast on hearty meals such as its Tarte flambee thin-crust pizza with asparagus, apple, blue cheese and bacon, and Black pepper tuna with yuzu and soy vinaigrette.

Wind down with refreshing cocktails such as the La vie en Marcel or the Tiong Bahru Spirit. The former consisting of Fair Gin, lime cordial, egg white, pear nectar, lime juice and poire liqueur while the latter consisting of Grey Goose, apricot nectar, lime juice, apricot liqueur, rosemary and Badoit Rouge.

The bar and restaurant opens from Tuesday to Sunday, from 8am to 11:30pm. Shutters close at 10pm on Sundays. Table reservations are available except for Saturday and Sunday brunches. The price range for brunch is from $8 to $20 per person.
