Elaine Ng starts focusing on things other than daughter's life
21 Jun – Now that she has moved on from spending all her time worrying about daughter Etta Ng's personal life, Hong Kong actress Elaine Ng revealed that she has been keeping her days busy with various activities.
As reported on Mingpao, the actress, who appeared at the launch of MEMORIGIN's new watch collection in Wan Chai, shared that she is planning on starting a business and has been busy preparing for it.
However, the rest of her time is dedicated to her paintings.
Asked if she would open an exhibition, Elaine said, "I have only done three paintings so far. You have to paint a lot to do it. The biggest problem is when there are requests. I don't know what to paint and I get stuck."
When asked whether she has seen Etta since their previous conflict, Elaine said that they only text each other.
"I used to be very anxious. I will wonder why whenever she doesn't answer the phone. But it doesn't matter if she doesn't now," she said.
Asked if she would be disappointed if her daughter does not reply to her calls or messages, Elaine responded, "At first. But then I would see it from her point of view and think that maybe she is just busy."
