Queenie Chu announces second pregnancy
24 Dec - Queenie Chu recently surprised many by announcing that she is pregnant with her second child.
The actress, who welcomed her first child at the end of last year, shared the good news on social media on Christmas Eve, by showing off her baby bump in a video of her and her little family enjoying a Christmas activity outdoors.
When asked about the pregnancy, the 43-year-old revealed that she is currently almost seven months pregnant and that her second child is expected to be born in March next year.
"I thank God for giving me the opportunity to be pregnant again. I am grateful every moment," she said.
Queenie, who tied the knot with her cardiologist husband three years ago, said that both she and her husband love children very much and that they have made plans before marriage to have a few kids.
"If you plan to become pregnant, you should make an appointment with a gynaecologist or fertility specialist as soon as possible. Both men and women should also undergo examinations, blood tests, and ultrasounds together. Men must participate. Then you will know how to plan for the next step, which will definitely greatly improve your chance of pregnancy," she said.
