Located next to the iconic Formula 1 Singapore Grand Prix race track, the dazzling night market is open from 5pm to 3am on 10 Aug, and 5pm to 11pm on 7, 8, 10 and 11 Aug. Before enjoying the legit beloved street food, Be sure to chope a seat at the seating facilities littered around the area.

For your easy reference, these are some highlights to look out for among the 15 over stalls here.

NGL, I am still thinking about this. Made with fresh potatoes, the fried-to-order Swiss Rosti comes in 4 main bases: Original (S$8), Cheesy (S$9), Spicy (S$8) and Salted Egg (S$10). You may customise your order by topping it off with Add-Ons like Chilli Crab (S$6) and Beef Tenderloin (S$8).

We got the Salted Egg Rosti with Smoked Duck (S$15 total). Served with tangy Sour Cream, the ‘carb pancake’ had a nice crisp with savoury salted egg accentuating the soft crevices. Although the smokiness could be more pronounced, the duck had a satisfying texture that paired well with the complimentary condiment.

The highly-raved Egg Roll Noodles (S$8) met our expectations as well.

If you are a spice lover who adores tamagoyaki (specific, I know), you would love it. Wrapped in an omelette, this dish is essentially Samyang Noodles and juicy hotdogs drenched in melty cheese. Having tried the stall’s Chicken Floss Taiwan Fried Egg Pancake (S$8), I am aiming for the Crabmeat (S$8) version next.

No meal is complete without dessert! Including fillings such as Biscoff, Caramel, Oreo, Blueberry Cheese and even Durian, the bomboloni is a sure must-try. According to the stall owner, they will be featuring 14 out of 21 flavours at Street Eats Under the Stars. All dusted in powdered sugar, a Box (S$10) contains 7 flavours of your choice.

Another must-try would be the Taiyaki (S$3/S$8) that comes in 6 flavours Milk, Custard, Kaya, Red Bean, Strawberry and Chocolate. While I expected it to be a spread of sorts, our chosen variation was infused with Kaya and perfumed with pandan. Plus points for the adorable fish shape.

Before you leave, scan the QR Codes displayed around the pasar malam to stand a chance to win prizes that include 3 x 165 Sky Dining by Singapore Flyer Experience for 2 (U.P. S$520) and 3 x Singapore Sling Experience for 2 (U.P. S$158).
