LOTTERIA was founded by Shin Kyuk-ho, a Korean entrepreneur, in Tokyo on Feb 1972. The brand later became established in Seoul in 1979 before spreading throughout East Asia.

The brand’s most famous offerings include its signature kimchi burger, as well as the bulgogi burger and shrimp burger. Additional menu items include baked potatoes, salads, cheese sticks, squid rings, and pat bing soo. We’re excited to see how LOTTERIA’s menu will be adapted to Singaporean tastes!

The two companies have signed a non-binding term sheet and are working on finalising the franchise details. The first LOTTERIA outlet is expected to open in Singapore by the second quarter of 2025, with plans for multiple locations to come later.
