Eason Chan enjoys long vacation at home

16 Jul - With no concert tour to plan due to the pandemic, Eason Chan revealed that he has been doing nothing at home but playing games and exercising.

The singer, who spoke to the media following his recent charity concert held at the Hong Kong Coliseum, stated that he has really been enjoying his "long vacation" at home, and even found himself going to the gym for the first time in many years.

"I went from really hating it to becoming addicted, because I had a role model next to me," he said, referring to wife Hilary Tsui.

Eason also stated that he was inspired by good friend Edmond Leung, who was able to get six pack abs from his muscle training at the gym.

Asked if he would like to achieve Edmond's physique, Eason showed off his muscles and joked, "No need. Right now I still have some loose skin, and I want it to be a little thinner. But I realised that my back is better too since I started exercising."

It is noted that Eason was originally set to hold his concert tour, "Fear and Dreams" at the end of last year, but had to postpone the show due to the civil unrest in Hong Kong, followed by the outbreak of COVID-19.
