Dong Xuan: I believe my husband!
4 Apr – Chinese actress Dong Xuan (also known as Michelle Dong) has recently expressed her support for husband Gao Yunxiang, following allegations that he sexually assaulted a woman in Sydney, Australia last week.
As reported on Mingpao, the "Romance of the Condor Heroes" actress, who had been silent about the allegation following Gao's arrest, recently reposted the statement released by her husband's management agency to her Weibo account.
She wrote, "I am sorry for causing concern to everybody. I believe in him."
Dong and Gao have been married since 2011. The two stars have a daughter together, who will turn two years old in June this year. Rumour has it that Dong is also currently pregnant with their second child.
If found guilty, Gao may face up to 20 years of prison according to the Australian law.
