DJ Koo denies rumours of Barbie Hsu's pregnancy

30 Aug – DJ Koo Jun-Yup has recently dismissed rumours that wife Barbie Hsu was even pregnant, as tabloids continue to churn out stories about the two of them having children together.

According to Newsis, recent reports from mainland news outlets stated that Barbie had secretly given birth to twins in South Korea on 20 August, and that DJ Koo's mother was elated to welcome her grandchildren.

However, on 28 August, DJ Koo denied this, saying, "Rumours that Barbie gave birth to twins as reported in China is not true."

He added, "The most irritating topics are fake news."

It is noted that Barbie had once revealed in an interview that she and DJ Koo have mutually agreed to not have children due to her health issues. The actress was rushed to the ICU after she stopped breathing following the birth of her son with former husband Wang Xiaofei, and had to terminate her third pregnancy after the doctors found that the foetus was not fully developed.
