Demi Moore and Daughter Scout Willis Embrace Surrealism Dressing at Schiaparelli and Neiman Marcus’ Cocktail Event
Demi Moore made a sharp arrival to the Schiaparelli and Neiman Marcus cocktail event on Thursday in Los Angeles, oping for a classic skirt suit with surrealistic details by Schiaparelli.
For the event, Moore wore the Arabesque cardigan jacket, which featured a black leather rococo pattern over a white base. According to the brand, the look was a reinterpretation of the Duchess of Windsor’s suit from Schiaparelli’s spring 1937 collection.

Moore completed her look with a matching skirt, thigh-high pointed-toe boots and the Schiaparelli Anatomy black jewelry bag, which was decorated with an artistic face.
Joining the star at the event was her daughter Scout LaRue Willis, who went equally minimalist in a black Schiaparelli suit with gold button-fastenings from the brand’s fall 2023 ready-to-wear collection, which was helmed by Schiaparelli creative director Daniel Roseberry. Willis accessorized with the brand’s handprint secret bag.
“Roseberry went back to the roots of the house and referenced how Italian aristocrat Elsa Schiaparelli dressed. Cue the turbans, and giant sets of fashion jewelry in the shape of human faces, lilies and oyster shells,” WWD reported on the collection in March, which marked the brand’s ready-to-wear runway debut.
The mother-daughter pair last posed on the red carpet together at the 2023 Fashion Trust U.S. Awards in March, where they both went for vibrant pastel colors. Willis wore a pink keyhole Harith Hashim gown, while Moore went sheer in a green Givenchy dress with a black fuzzy coat.
The Schiaparelli and Neiman Marcus cocktail event included Taraji P. Henson, Gabrielle Union, Jennifer Lopez and more in attendance. In July, Schiaparelli opened its newest location at the Neiman Marcus Los Angeles store.
