Daughter of Faye Wong and Li Yapeng walks Paris runway
7 Jul - Faye Wong and Li Yapeng's daughter Li Yan attracted attention recently when she appeared as one of the child models for Bonpoint's Spring/Summer 2018 show.
As reported on Mingpao, Li Yan joined several other child models at the event which was held in Paris as part of the Paris Couture Week, and appeared calm and confident as she strutted across the catwalk – first in a chrome-patterned sleeveless dress, and then in a blue dress complete with butterfly accessories and a flower crown.
In an interview after the runway, Li Yan shared that she loves going shopping, not only with her parents, but also with friends. She also admitted she loves pairing clothes and choosing them for the perfect occasion.
Li also gave a cheeky response to whether she has ever tried on her mother's clothes, saying, "Although my mum has a lot of clothes and shoes, I never steal anything from her because I have nice clothes myself."
When asked what she wants to do in the future, Li said that she has no idea since she doesn't know how to sing or act.
Netizens who saw the interview suggested that Li should be a fashion designer when she grows up.
