Dada Chan is ready to settle down
4 Feb – Hong Kong actress Dada Chan recently admitted that she is ready to settle down and get married as soon as the right one comes along.
As reported on Mingpao, the actress who sat down for an interview to promote her new movie, "The Secret Diary of a Mom-to-Be", stated that she is already in her 30s and is mature enough to have a child of her own.
"I have the sense of responsibility to take care of others. As long as I have someone suitable, I will go in this direction," she said.
However, Dada added that she would instead focus on her career if such a man does not exist in her life.
"The industry is getting smaller by the second. I would like to cherish every opportunity that comes my way," she added.
As for her New Year goal, Dada said that she would like to find love.
"I haven't been in a relationship for a while now and it is affecting work. Without experiencing it myself, how can I make romantic films more convincing?" she said light-heartedly.
As to what kind of man she would want to date, Dada said that she likes a man who is kind and will put family first.
"The showbiz world is very small. It is hard to find someone here. I would rather date somebody outside of the industry," she added.
