Countdown to 2025: 10 places to wine & dine in Singapore this New Year’s Eve
If you’re reading this, yay! You made it to the end of 2024. That also means it’s officially time to kick the past to the curb and celebrate the coming new year. We’ve compiled a list of some of the most happening places to eat, drink and celebrate the countdown to 2025 for New Year’s Eve 2024.
1. COTE
COTE is an award-winning, Michelin-starred Korean steakhouse and one of New York City’s most coveted restaurants, and one of the first Korean steakhouses in America. COTE’s in-house dry-ageing room is one of the restaurant’s highlights, and diners can witness a display of different cuts that are dry-aged for no less than 45 days.
Only the highest grades of beef are used, including Prime Cuts, American Wagyu
and grass-fed Australian beef. Every piece is seasoned with COTE’s Signature Gastronme’s Salt, which is a proprietary blend made with British Maldon salt, Celtic sea salt and Korean thousand-day aged sea salt.
In true COTE fashion, ring in the new year with A Butcher’s Celebration (S$295++ per pax). This festive spread features traditional celebratory dishes such as longevity noodles in Jan-chi Somyun (a warm noodle soup), which are then paired with premium cuts of beef. Diners can look forward to USDA Prime Filet Mignon, 45+ Days Dry Aged USDA Prime Ribeye, Lamb Chop, Australian Wagyu COTE Steak, A5 Miyazaki Ribeye and the beloved COTE Marinated Galbi.
From 9pm onwards, there will be free-flow sparkling wine, cocktails, wine and snacks (S$250++) as the countdown to New Year’s 2025 begins at Millim Bar.

2. HighHouse
Located at One Raffles Place, HighHouse is a concept under the OUE Sky Project. Offering unbeatable views of Singapore’s skyline, it combines music, art, flavour and conversations in 1 place. Guests can experience immersive visual art, progressive soundscapes, exceptional cocktails and culinary experiences.
From now till 1 Jan 2025, HighHouse is launching its Festive Sharing Menu (S$398++), which is intended for groups of up to 6 pax. The menu features 7 different dishes created by Executive Chef Sam Chin.

3. ATLAS
Located at Parkview Square is the winner of the 2024 “Best Design” award from Tatler’s “Best Asia” list, ATLAS. Done up in the style of grand Art Deco lobbies from Europe and celebrating the era’s culinary and beverage traditions, guests can expect a carefully curated all-day drinking and dining experience.
The bar is helmed by home-grown talent Lidiyanah K (Yana) and offers elegant and balanced classic cocktails. The centrepiece of ATLAS is the Gin Tower, an 8-metre tall structure housing 1,300 different bottles from around the world.
For those who’ve always wanted to usher in the New Year in the grandest of ways, ATLAS is throwing a Great Gatsby-themed party (S$288++ for 5 hours of free-flow drinks and food). Don your best and get ready to experience the roaring twenties and the great age of jazz with free-flow cocktails and champagne, as well as a live DJ.

5. Spago Dining Room by Wolfgang Puck
A lush “garden in the sky”, Spago Dining Room is Chef Wolfgang Puck’s first international outpost of his famed Beverly Hills flagship restaurant. It offers both a sublime dining experience and breathtaking views of the Singapore skyline.
Spago Dining Room has varied lunch and dinner menus with bold and cosmopolitan flavours, with creations showcasing mastery of East-meets-West flavours seen in dishes such as Big Eye Tuna Tartare Cones, Sea Bream Laksa and Kaya Toast, the latter of which sees a local favourite brought to the next level with foie gras-espresso mousse.
For New Year’s Eve, Spago is putting on a glamorous celebration on 31 Dec 2024, including front-row views of fireworks displays. 6. CUT by Wolfgang Puck
CUT by Wolfgang Puck is Singapore’s only Michelin-starred steakhouse, and unrivalled for its selection of rare premium cuts such as Hokkaido Snow Beef and Kagoshima Wagyu, among others. Every steak is seasoned skilfully before being grilled over charcoal and apple wood, broiled to give a crisp char and served with an array of house-made sauces.
CUT doesn’t just serve steak – the menu also showcases the best of what the ocean has to offer, such as Alaskan King Crab, abalone from Jeju and Scottish razor clams.

8. Artemis Grill
Usher in the New Year in style at Artemis Grill, a sky-high restaurant and bar specialising in modern European-inspired flavours. Inspired by the Mediterranean, Artemis Grill uses fresh, organic and sustainable produce that evokes the flavours of coastal Spain, Southern France, Italy and Greece.

9. Canopy Changi Village
Countdown to 2025 in a different way with Canopy Changi Village – a 2024 Rewind Trivia Night hosted by Glorious Trivia Nights.
