6 Jun – 18-year-old singer Claudia Barretto has finally graduated high school.

As reported on ABS-CBN, the news was revealed by her mother, former actress Marjorie Barretto who shared a clip from her graduation ceremony and wrote, "Congratulations to my Claudia, my silver academic awardee. You have brought me so much pride and joy. God bless you on your new journey to college."

"You have my love and my support wherever life may take you," she added.

In the clip, the emcee can be heard sharing Barretto's aspirations, revealing that the singer plans to one day manage her own social enterprise.

"I can dedicate myself to help my fellow countrymen, to help elevate their economic status," said Barretto, according to the emcee.

The singer will be attending the Ateneo de Manila University, where she will study business management.

A doctor accused of sexual abuse by more than 200 former patients is indicted on rape charges
A grand jury in Massachusetts has indicted a doctor who is accused of sexually assaulting more than 200 former patients over a period of more than a decade. The patients sued Dr. Derrick Todd, who has been accused of performing unnecessary pelvic floor therapy, breast examinations, testicular examinations and other unwarranted procedures on patients dating back to 2010. The Middlesex District Attorney's Office said in a statement Thursday that Todd was indicted earlier that day for “two counts of rape alleging the sexual assault of two women.”
