It's official, classic Carrie Bradshaw is back! Sarah Jessica Parker was spotted filming for the latest series of And Just Like That... in New York on Tuesday (21 May).
The star was snapped wearing a glamorous sheer gown by Simone Rocha adorned with pockets of white roses. The structured, corset-style bodice of the dress gives way to a full skirt, which billowed around SJP, alongside the oversized sleeves of a co-ordinating jacket.
The look is a return to classic Carrie Bradshaw glam, and is reminiscent of one of the character's most recognisable outfits from the original Sex and the City series.
The latest look is a more contemporary take on the the original dress, and is the perfect example of a grown up way to wear the current sheer trend. SJP paired her dress with strappy, nude heels by Aquazzura, and soft, voluminous waves in her hair for a full glamour effect.
During filming with the And Just Like That... crew, SJP was papped strolling through Gramercy Park in New York, as well as entering and leaving the steps of Carrie's new apartment.
Later in the day, she was back again in a new, more casual look for the show. This time, SJP was stepped out of the apartment in a lilac jumper paired with striped trousers in peachy-orange. A pair of metallic mules and oversize sunnies finish the look.
Filming for And Just Like That... was delayed by strikes but is now underway, although an official release date for season three is yet to be confirmed.
