SINGAPORE — A-list superstar Chris Hemsworth is in Singapore to attend the Formula One race, and fans should keep their eyes peeled in case they bump into him on the streets, as he is apparently very obliging when it comes to taking selfies with fans.

The hunky Australian actor who plays the god of thunder, Thor, in the Avengers movies has posted a series of Instagram Stories, revealing that he is in town for some of the circuit action and also attended a Tag Heuer event as a brand ambassador.

Several of the Instagram post videos were recorded by Hemsworth’s fitness trainer, Luke Zocchi, and showed them walking by the Infinity Pool at Marina Bay Sands, where the actor repeatedly gets accosted by fans. He gamely accedes to all their selfie requests like the friendly professional celebrity that he is.

Hemsworth also attended a Tag Heuer event on Wednesday night with Red Bull racer Max Verstappen, where they took part in a pit stop challenge.

The last time Hemsworth was in Singapore was in May last year, when he came for a Hugo Boss event as brand ambassador.

The Singapore Grand Prix will take place from Friday to Sunday (20 - 22 Sept).
