Bowie Cheung not ready to get married

1 Mar – Although she and Benjamin Yuen are very much in love with each other, beauty queen turned actress Bowie Cheung said that she is not yet ready to get married.

As reported on Mingpao, the actress, who appeared at a jewellery event recently, addressed the previous photos of Benjamin having dinner with her family, saying that it was a simple get-together and nothing more.

"There is no marriage plan yet. I want to focus on my career for now. Plus, my family is also not urging me to get married anytime soon," she said.

When mentioned that Hong Kong Feng Shui master Mak Ling Ling said it would be an auspicious time for the two of them to tie the knot in the Year of the Dog, Bowie said that she is a Christian and does not particularly mind such a thing.

"I am not planning to get married. I hope to have a breakthrough in my career," she added.
