Bowie Cheung denies dating Benjamin Yuen

21 Aug - Miss Hong Kong alumna Bowie Cheung has denied rumours of romance between her and TVB actor, Benjamin Yuen.

As reported on Mingpao, the beauty queen who appeared at the promotional event for the TVB programme, "Sidewalk Scientist" shared that the two of them are just friends who appreciate each other.

Rumours of romance between them sparked recently, after Bowie, who starred in "All Work No Pay Holiday" with Benjamin, changed her Facebook cover photo to a picture of her and the actor together.

"It wasn't me," said Bowie about the cover photo. "A fan helped me start a Facebook page and chose that photo."

However, Bowie stated that she will not shut off any possibility of romance, saying that she will let fate decide.

As to whether they are in contact with each other after the show, Bowie shared that the cast members of the show have their own group chat and would communicate through that.

A grand jury in Massachusetts has indicted a doctor who is accused of sexually assaulting more than 200 former patients over a period of more than a decade. The patients sued Dr. Derrick Todd, who has been accused of performing unnecessary pelvic floor therapy, breast examinations, testicular examinations and other unwarranted procedures on patients dating back to 2010. The Middlesex District Attorney's Office said in a statement Thursday that Todd was indicted earlier that day for “two counts of rape alleging the sexual assault of two women.”
