Bosco Wong wants to stay in Hong Kong

8 Dec - Hong Kong actor Bosco Wong may have been tight-lipped about his future plans, but he assured fans that he is not going anywhere, at least geographically.

As reported on Mingpao News, the actor, who reportedly will not renew his contract with TVB, stated that he will focus on his career in Hong Kong, rather than move to mainland like most actors do.

"I will put more time to develop myself in Hong Kong. My family is here. It will be hard to leave," he said.

The actor already has several businesses in Hong Kong, which makes leaving an impossible task.

Bosco also stated that establishing his own studio would be a good idea, although he has yet to consider all the options.

"Even if I won't renew my contract, I would still work with TVB in the future. There is no reason for me to cut ties with them," he added with a laugh.

The actor expressed his interest in making more films as well, saying that his schedule is already booked until August next year.

As for a new album, Bosco responded that he will only think about it if there is any opportunity for him to record new songs.
