Sake Matsuri

Let's start with Singaporeans' favourite culture: Japan. The Sake Matsuri is happening for a limited time between 1 and 2 April at Urban Park, Guoco Tower. For only S$55, visitors will taste more than 200 sake over three hours, including competition-winning or seasonal ones not found in Singapore. Satisfy your cravings with Gyu San with their famed Wagyu fat-fried katsu sandos and Wagatomo with small bites. Plus, you'll receive a Riedel festival glassware to take home and purchase your favourite sake at festival prices.

Right after that, swing into Wagatomo for a post-drink session to enjoy more drinking and great food at “A Sake Pairing Soirée”, a sake-pairing dinner featuring nine courses at S$199++. Don't miss the dinner for the A5 Wagyu Pizza and Iberico Pork Rib Eye. View the full menu here.

For the true blue sake aficionado, masterclasses will be conducted on the Geographical Indicators of Sake, natural sake and sake temperatures at various restaurants and partners. Check out the website for the full deets.
