Bob Lam and wife expecting baby number four
26 Apr - Hong Kong actor Bob Lam announced that he and his wife are expecting another child - their fourth one, to be exact.
As reported on Mingpao, the actor, who has been married to wife Pearl for ten years, revealed the news with a photo of him pointing towards his wife's pregnant stomach.
He wrote, "Ladies and gentleman, I am officially announcing that I am going to be a father again. [Daughters] Faye, Haye, Kaye, you are going to have a brother!"
Speaking to the media about the pregnancy recently, Bob said that he and wife didn't deliberately plan to have a child again after having three daughters.
"Last October, my wife was revealed to be pregnant. But unfortunately, she had a miscarriage less than three weeks later. But in December, she became pregnant again," said Bob.
He added that the reason why he only announced the news five months into the pregnancy was to respect his wife's request to keep it a secret for a while.
Bob also expressed his gratitude that he will finally have a "little Bob" after three daughters.
He revealed that the baby will be born some time in September.
