‘Black Panther’ star Chadwick Boseman suits up in Singapore fashion brand at Seoul premiere
The star of this year’s most anticipated Marvel movie arrived at the Asian premiere of “Black Panther” in Seoul all suited up in Dzojchen, a fashion brand helmed by Singapore-British designer Chelsea Scott-Blackhall.
Chadwick Boseman, 41, who stars as the Black Panther himself, arrived at a red carpet event on Monday (5 Feb) looking dapper in a full Dzojchen ensemble and was seen with co-stars Lupita Nyong’o, 34, and Michael B Jordan, 30, as well as film director, Ryan Kyle Coogler.
Boseman, who stars as the king of a fictitious African nation called Wakanda in the movie, was styled by celebrity stylist Ashley Weston, who was also responsible for the actor’s look during the movie’s premiere in the US on 29 January. He arrived in an Emporio Armani ensemble.
This isn’t the first time that Singapore brand Dzojchen has been highlighted for dressing the stars. The winner for “Fashion Designer of the Year” at the 2017 Singapore Fashion Awards has had her brand’s clothing worn by other American stars such as Johnny Depp and Lenny Kravitz.
