Roshni Mahtani, 37, is a name that's synonymous with parenting and entrepreneurship; the former journalist and mother-of-one launched a parenting website, The Asianparent in 2009 when she was working in the US and continued to grow the website when she returned to Singapore.

Today, her website has grown to over 30 million users monthly in Southeast Asia, reaching busy parents who are looking for advice and parenting solutions.

Mahtani also recently announced the launch of its VIP Parents platform, enabling brands to engage directly with its influential members while empowering mums and dads to make extra money while working from the comfort of home.

For this week's Big Boss Style series, we've decided to invite Mahtani to the show where fashion stylist Jerome Awasthi – who’s styled personalities like Adrian Pang, Fiona Xie and Claire Jedrek – intends to veer Mahtani towards a slightly more-edgy-but-still-feminine-look.

Mahtani often prefers a comfortable basic tunic dress over anything colourful and tends to avoid bright colours. "I do know my look is a bit boring and a little frumpy," she shared while still eager to take up the style challenge.

However, there's one colour that Mahtani is bent on avoiding: "I hope there's no pink because I hate pink."

Let's see if she likes what Awasthi has in store for her.

Quintessential classic look

The classic Dior look was first created by Christian Dior in 1947 and reimagined by creative director Maria Grazia Chiuri today. It's the quintessential power look that'll make you feel empowered by just stepping out in one.

Wrap dresses

Stylist Awasthi likes wrap dresses because it's one of those looks that "won't go wrong and it's great for daily wear." Pair your wrap dress with accessories and don't be afraid to go big with them.
